LGTM 4000C termination dipper
The LGTM 4000C termination dipper is designed for accurate termination of small chips such
as case sizes 1206, 0805, 0603. The system is designed to accept Palomar type carrier plates for
large and small chips. The system has a doctor blade and a moving dipping tray for dipping. A PLC
controls the system with a touch screen for easy set-up of dipping parameters and recalling standard
dipping programs. All critical movements are controlled by servomotors. The blotting function allows
also a thin layer paste with the possibility to program up to 9 dip/blot cycles. All doors have interlocks
and the machine complies with CE. Automatic paste supply is available as an option.
