The Full Line of Keko Equipment
Keko Equipment has been manufacturing custom-designed front-end equipment for the production of all multilayer ceramic passive components and devices since 1977. The product line includes tape casters, punching machines, automatic integrated printers and stackers, stand alone screen printers, roll to roll screen printers, isostatic presses, automatic chip cutters, and chip taping machines.
The CAM-M1 tape caster is now the most successful tape caster in the market for casting on polyester foil on 15-35 cm (6 to 14 inches) width, due to its accuracy, automation and in-line thickness gauge. With the PAM 4/8 punch and the IS-3A line of stacking equipment Keko now provides the best low cost entry into automatic LTCC manufacturing for high accuracy applications.
Special product lines are available for fuel cell manufacturing and piezo ceramic high stacks.
