Cassette Dryer for Carrier plates or TCP LGCC-049
For high volume drying of TCP’s or carrier plates we offer a cassette dryer. The operator places the cassettes into the dryer. The cooled cassettes will come out at the end of the conveyor automatically. The temperature, airflow and residence times in the dryer are proven in production for usage with almost all regularly available metallization pastes. An alternative version of this machine is available as a paternoster style (tower) dryer to be integrated into the automatic dipping line for complete handling free operation.
