Chip and Array Termination Machines and Tooling
Haiku Tech now offers a complete line of LONG Automatic termination machines and tooling for chips or special products. The newest series of automatic machines have the highest accuracy and productivity capabilities available. By using the innovative thin rubber coated steel carrier plates 0201 and array products can be metallized at the lowest cost of the industry.
An innovative development allows customers to terminate 0201s and larger products in the same equipment without high costs or lengthy set up procedures. As an alternative to the high cost belts or carrier plates we offer low cost thin carrier plates with extraordinary manufacturing flexibility and change-over times of 15 minutes between products.
LONG "Palomar" compatible silicon rubber carrier plates offer superior quality and excellent value for the customer. We have introduced the new quality standard for plates with improved flatness, reduced warpage, stronger and less wear sensitive aluminum, and with better positioning accuracy. A variety of round hole carrier plates are available for safe, effective miniature component handling. We also offer superior wear resistant array dipping wheels for Quicksilver application.
